Duration of stay: stays are weekly and run from Saturday to Saturday.

Hours: check in: from 16 to 19 – check out: until 9.30.

Payment: the deposit at the time of booking is equal to 25% of the total between the overnight stay and cleaning expenses, the balance is due on arrival.

Cancellation policy: if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days in advance, you will be entitled to a refund of the deposit minus 20%, which is deducted for administrative expenses. No refund is provided for those who renounce within 29 days before the start of their stay or in case of missed or delayed arrival.

  • What time do you have to leave the accommodation?
    The accommodation must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure. Leaving the car at the parking place on the top of the village, you can stay in until 23:30 using all the services offered except accommodation.
  • To whom should the keys of the accommodation be given?
    The keys can be handed over to the staff you will find at reception
  • Are the apartments equipped with crockery and pots?
    Yes, all accommodation is equipped with crockery and pots. Visit the page "Price list" to know the equipment of the houses.
  • Are the rooms equipped with sheets, blankets and towels?
    The houses are equipped with bath mat and kitchen towel unless you choose the linen service for a fee. In this case you will find the beds equipped with sheets and a bathroom kit for each guest that provides face towel, bidet and shower.
  • Where can I buy groceries?
    You can reach the center of the town of Pedaso in no time: by car (1 minute) or through the cycle-pedestrian promenade (10 minutes) which is accessed directly from the beach of the village.
  • Is wi-fi free?
    The entire area of the Camping Village is covered by the Starlink satellite Wi-Fi signal. Connection quality may vary depending on vegetation and weather conditions. The free connection allows you to browse all day without limits on social and communication channels, but does not allow streaming.
  • Is it possible to request a changing table and/or a baby toilet reducer?
    Yes, it is possible to request in advance a changing room and/ or reducer for children’s toilets. The service is free only upon request of availability. It is recommended to request the service at the time of booking.
  • Are pets allowed on the beach and in the pool?
    Pets are allowed in the common areas adjacent to the pool but not in the indoor pool area. Pets are not allowed on the beach, according to municipal regulation. You can use the Pet friendly beaches in the surroundings.
  • Are pets allowed in the accommodation?
    Yes, pets are allowed in all rooms.
  • How do I wash my clothes?
    The Tibiceco provides 2 washing machines for common use that are located in the pool area. You will only need to buy the tokens (and also the detergent) at the reception.
